Privacy Policy

Effective date 3/31/2020

This policy describes the information we process to support the Pixel SDK website, Pixel SDK framework and other products and features offered by GottaYotta ("GottaYotta Products" or "Products").

I. What kinds of information do we collect?

To provide the GottaYotta Products, we must process information about you and your users (together, "Users" or "User"). The types of information we collect depend on how our Products are used.

Things you and others do and provide.

  • Information and content. We collect the content, and other information Users provide when our Products are used, including when you sign up for an account, create an API key, and message or communicate with our support team. This can include information in or about the content you provide (like metadata), such as the message within a support request or the date a request was created. It can also include what Users select through features we provide, such as our camera, so we can do things like suggest filters that Users might like, or give Users tips on using camera formats. We do not collect the actual images or videos Users create, but only the associated metadata, such as dimension and framerate. This metadata is stripped of any location data or any sensitive User information.
  • Usage. We collect information about how Users use our Products, such as the features Users use; the actions Users take; the number of photos exported; the duration or number of videos exported; the filters that were selected; and the, frequency of User activities. For example, we log when a User has last used our Products.
  • Information about transactions made on our Products. If you use our Products for purchases or other financial transactions (such as automatically charging you for an invoice) we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information; other account and authentication information; and billing, and contact details.

Device Information

As described below, we collect information from and about the computers, phones, and other web-connected devices Users use that integrate with our Products. Information we obtain from these devices includes:

  • Device attributes: information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, app and file names and types, and browser type.
  • Identifiers: unique identifiers, device IDs and installation receipts. This information is used to guarantee the accuracy of your billing invoices. For instance, if an unauthorized person gains access to your API key, the device ID and installation receipt are used to filter out unauthorized usage of your API key. We do not collect advertising identifiers.
  • Network and connections: information such as a User’s language, locale, time zone, IP address, and connection speed.
  • Cookie data: data from cookies stored on your device for the Pixel SDK website, including cookie IDs and settings.
